Dispute Resolution

The products on UsedCarPartSell.com are sold by independent used car part sellers from around the world. If you want to contact a particular used car part seller, please use the Questions & Comments link found underneath the Add to Cart button for one of their items. At the time of registration, used car part sellers agree to our terms, and the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, which places restrictions on certain types of sale. For example, it is a violation to attempt the sale of lottery tickets, narcotics, firearms, and fraudulent/illegal items. If a problem occurs, know that your purchase is protected by the PayPal Customer Satisfaction Policy. Just follow the steps below to claim a refund.

In the case of a dispute or problem with your order:
  1. First contact the used car part seller and inquire about the status of your order. Verify that it has been shipped, and request tracking numbers if they are available. Use the tracking numbers to check the status of your delivery. Verify your shipping address with the used car part seller. NOTE: The contact information for your used car part seller will be displayed at the time of completing your order, as well as on the customer receipt which you will receive by email. You can also contact the used car part seller by using the Questions & Comments link found underneath the Add to Cart button for one of their items.

  2. If the used car part seller confirms that they have shipped the item, please allow time for delivery.

  3. If there is still a problem, please request a refund directly from the used car part seller.

  4. If the used car part seller refuses to approve the refund, or if they are not responding, then please complete the PayPal Transaction Dispute Form. Enter the PayPal Transaction Receipt ID on this form, which can be found on your customer receipt.

  5. An investigation will take place following your PayPal Transaction Dispute and if your claim is approved, then you will be given a refund by PayPal.
